Zehl Law Firm is a built-out and expansion that included 8,600 SF of interior demolition and build-back of high-end Class AA office space. The project features include a reception area with custom specialty light fixtures, a hospitality bar with a backlit stone wall, and marble calacatta flooring that transitions into the main conference room separated by Modernfold glass operable partitions. In addition, the project includes dark pecan wood floors throughout the corridors and corner offices with walnut wood veneer casework. The space is located in the Houston Galleria on the tenth floor of 2700 Post Oak.
