Waypoint Business Park was completed for Clarion Partners and 4M Investments in 2020. It consists of four Class A tilt-wall buildings on a 60-acre site in Missouri City, TX, a suburb of Houston. The four-building project has buildings ranging in size from 82,000 SF to 290,000 SF, with clear heights from 28′ to 32′. All the buildings were built with ESFR sprinkler systems and a surplus of truck parking.
