Vanguard Truck Center, located in East Houston on Highway 90, was a build to suit and flagship location for Vanguard, a Stephens Capital Partners LLC owned company. The project was 115,000 SF of pre-engineered metal building on a 20-acre site. The building included a 20,000 SF two-story office, multiple service bays, a parts warehouse, and fully conditioned mechanic shop.
