Urban District 290 is located in northwest Houston on a strategically-located infill site totaling 238,200 SF. Building 1 includes 64,800 SF, 32′ clear, and 15 dock doors, and Building 2 consists of 173,400 SF, 32′ clear, and 32 dock doors. All buildings were built with ESFR sprinkler systems, dock levelers, and spec offices.
