Transcore, located off I-10 and the Beltway, is a full renovation and expansion of an existing office and warehouse facility totaling over 55,000 SF. The project included interior demolition and build-back, new breakrooms with tile flooring and backsplashes, upgraded lighting and controls, and a full-service in-house data center. Office areas were improved with new conference rooms and IT communications infrastructure, while the warehouse received new tech rooms, testing areas, and high pile storage. Project highlights include modernized finishes throughout and enhanced functionality to support advanced operations.
