Spring Valley Medical was built on a two-acre site on I-10 in the heart of Spring Valley. It is a six-story Class A concrete framed medical office building. This podium-style building includes three levels of 81,500 SF medical office space above a four-story parking garage and a below-grade parking basement for doctor privacy. Building materials included metal panels and brick facades wrapped in curtain walls.
