South Point Business Park (87 acres) started with two dock high industrial buildings. The park is located at the crossroads of Hwy 288 and Beltway 8. Building 1 was a 68,804 SF dock high rear load and Building 2 was a 108,210 SF dock high front load industrial building. Both buildings were equipped with ESFR sprinkler systems and LED lighting.
