Southeast Distribution Center is a 170,463 SF rear load distribution center with a 32′ clear height. The project is located on 10.18 acres in southwest Houston, just inside the Beltway 8 on Genoa Red Bluff. The project was built with 37 dock doors, two drive-in ramps, and a 180′ truck court.
