River Oaks Surgical Center is a cast-in-place mid-rise medical office building with street-level retail. The building contains approximately 55,000 SF of tenant lease space and is integrated with a 75,000 SF above-ground parking structure. The building was completed in 2021 in the midst of COVID on a tight one-acre site backing up to the neighborhood of River Oaks.
