183,000 SF tilt-wall retail center with Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Ross, Ulta, Cavender’s and Petco as anchor tenants. Project scope included tilt-wall shell buildings clad in natural limestone and cantera stone along with custom ornamental ceramic tiles, glass and stucco facades. All patio/plaza areas received concrete pavers and incorporated raised planter boxes into the design. All interior finishes consisted of packages specified by anchor tenants.
