Phase 1 – 16,000 SF design-build, ground-up construction of a tilt-up office building with associated site improvements and tenant build-out. Phase 2 – 38,000 SF crane served PEMB with 20 acres of site work including laydown yard, detention pond, a private water well, and an aerobic septic system. Phase 3 – 12,000 SF crane served PEMB with associated site improvements. Intended use will be for office space, locker room, showers, and warehouse storage.
