Park 290 Business Park is a LEED Certified, 66-acre development featuring four industrial tilt-wall buildings totaling 792,139 SF. The project includes two 36′ clear cross-dock buildings and two 32′ clear rear-load buildings, each with speculative office space and fully lit warehouse areas. Site work incorporated 8,155 LF of retaining walls up to 35′ tall, a 29′ grade change between finished floors, 5,000 LF of public wastewater line up to 40′ deep, and three TXDOT turn lanes.
