Neighbors Emergency Center is a state-licensed freestanding emergency center built to provide 24-hour emergency care. Burton has built over 20 locations all across Texas including: El Paso, Orange, Harlingen, Paris, Austin, Houston, Midland, Odessa, and College Station.
