Mustang CAT was a build to suit for the Caterpillar dealer (Mustang CAT) for their engine refurbishment operations. The project is located at 290 and Loop 610 and features an 82,500 SF crane-served pre-engineered metal building that has a 50-ton crane capacity. Multiple jib cranes were also installed in the facility. The project also included the build-out of two stories of 12,600 SF of office space.
