Method Architecture, a full-service architecture firm specializing in tenant finish and ground-up projects encompassing industrial, retail, office, and breweries, moved into their new space at East River in 2023. The project includes 8,600 SF of first-generation office space located on Level 2 of Building C at East River and included features such as five traditional conference rooms with demountable fronts, an employee lounge, and a creative conference/design library for collaboration. This space brings a unique exposed-to-structure ceiling with pink colored paint throughout and a custom-designed glass “M” logo built in the partition between the Reception & Creative Conference room.
