Lockwood Business Park was Burton’s second building built at Generation Park, a 4,300-acre master-planned environment in northeast Houston. The 125,000 SF tilt-wall industrial building consists of three drives for easy access, intricate reveals, a large cantilevered canopy, and dock-high doors. The project also included build out 58,000 SF for a millwork supplier.
