Layne Crossing in North Houston was Burton’s second project with Crow Holdings. This project consisted of six dock-high industrial buildings with all buildings being constructed concurrently. The warehouses range in size from 42,000 SF to 173,000 SF, totaling to 529,000 SF on 40 acres. The building configurations consisted of rear load, front load, and cross dock.
