Kirby Ice House – The Woodlands is an approximately 14,700 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structure, with 10,200 SF enclosed and 4,500 SF open-walled, along with a 19,300 SF outdoor seating area. The enclosed building accommodates the bar, utility area, beverage cooler, air-conditioned seating areas, restrooms, storage spaces, and office. The backyard area includes additional outdoor seating.
