Kingsland Ranch Logistics Park is a LEED certified project featuring four state-of-the-art buildings totaling 1.6 million SF. The largest of the buildings is an 855,610 SF cross dock with 40′ clear. Every building includes make-ready features including ESFR sprinkler systems, LED lighting, and spec offices.
