Kings Harbor is a 30-acre pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use waterfront development that combined a number of uses into one cohesive environment. Kings Harbor included a two-story 57,500 SF Class A office building with ground-level retail and an attached four-story 96,000 SF parking garage; an 8,000 SF single-story retail building; and a 9,000 SF single-story retail building. Kings Harbor received a 2007 Excellence in Construction Merit Award in the Commercial Category from the Associated Builders and Contractors.
