Interwood Business Park consists of two dock-high industrial buildings built for a private speculative developer in the 150-acre master planned Interwood Business Park located near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The 60,000 SF and 80,000 SF buildings incorporated an MEP design-build process expediting the construction schedule. Both buildings were built with ESFR sprinkler systems and 130′ truck courts.
