Independence Plaza is a 183,000 SF tilt-wall retail center with Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Ross, Ulta, Cavender’s, and Petco as anchor tenants. The project scope included tilt-wall shell buildings clad in natural limestone and Canterra stone, along with custom ornamental ceramic tiles, glass, and stucco façades. All patio/plaza areas received concrete pavers and had raised planter boxes incorporated into the design. All interior finishes consisted of packages specified by anchor tenants.
