Highland Grove Logistics Park’s first phase consisted of constructing 458,000 SF, including a 106,240 SF 32′ clear, 148,980 SF 32′ clear, and a 203,060 SF 32′ clear warehouse in northwest Houston. All the buildings were built in the front load configuration and with ESFR sprinkler systems. The final part of this project included separating an existing 600,000 SF cooler/freezer warehouse on the site into two separate buildings – a 400,000 SF unconditioned warehouse and 200,000 SF freezer warehouse – all while not turning off the freezer portion.
