GHX Industrial was a build to suit for McCord Development in Generation Park. The tenant GHX Industrial is a Sun Source Company that distributes and fabricates industrial gaskets and hoses. The project was a 143,537 SF rear load dock high flex-industrial building with 22,500 SF of class offices. The building was awarded the Tilt-up Concrete Association (TCA) Achievement Award in 2018 for its complexity incorporating concrete, painted, and textured tilt wall panels, aluminum canopies, and glazing areas that emphasize components of the design.
