The Dallas Cowboys Merchandising Headquarters is a 400,000 SF distribution facility built specifically for the distribution of NFL goods and products. The building included 40,000 SF of office and a 20,000 SF mezzanine, and was finished with the iconic Dallas Cowboys star painted on the roof.
