Cookiebaker is a 267,000 SF $27-million tilt-wall design-build project, located on a 22.3-acre parcel. The project serves as a food manufacturer, distribution facility, and office building. 80,000 SF of this project is a -10 degree freezer, and 30,000 SF is 35° cooler storage. The project was designed as a multi-tenant building for the client’s specific need for both a nut free facility and one that utilizes nuts in its products. The facility was designed and built to stringent industry health certification standards and includes flexibility for future conversion to cross dock distribution. Cookiebaker is a 2013 Houston Business Journal Landmark Award Winner in the Industrial Category.
