The CHI School of Cosmetology, known for manufacturing high-quality professional hair care products, was the second build to suit for CHI. The project is located in north Houston and was completed in 2013 with a ten-month construction schedule. The tilt-wall building was 38,206 SF and included corporate offices, a hairstylist training school, conference rooms, and an 11,616 SF retail center.
