Brad Burton observed the original construction of 10550 Westpark Drive in 1976 and envisioned its potential for more than two decades. The property served as the administrative offices, commissary, and warehouse for Los Tios Mexican Restaurants, a Tex-Mex food chain founded in 1970 by Tom and Rosemary Garbett. In 2009, Burton moved to purchase the building and begin renovations. The project involved rehabilitating and repurposing the restaurant’s commissary and administrative offices into a 15,000 SF office building, which now serves as Burton Construction’s headquarters.
