This four-building project was the first phase of the 1.6 million SF Boulevard Oaks project in southwest Houston. The first phase, completed in 2018, consists of three rear load buildings ranging in size from 44,527 – 78,685 SF and one 156,982 SF front load building. All buildings were equipped with ESFR sprinkler systems and 130′ truck courts.
