ATX 130, located in southeast Austin, is a four-building industrial development totaling 602,470 SF on a 67-acre site. The project included new construction of dock-high buildings with clear heights ranging from 28′ to 36′, along with ESFR sprinkler systems. Scope also included associated public utility work, traffic signal installation, private site work, and detention ponds.
