The first project of three for Altus Healthcare, this 14,000 SF ground-up expansion was an existing ambulatory surgery center. The project scope included a linear accelerator treatment vault, an oncology center, surgery suites, a curved curtain wall system, exterior metal panels, and associated site improvements. All work was completed while keeping the adjacent surgery center operational.
