225 Logistics Center, located in southeast Houston fronting Highway 225, was built on a 25-acre site and was completed in 2022. The project consists of a 403,066 SF cross dock warehouse and included 3,500 SF of spec office, 86 dock doors, 36′ clear height, and 116 trailer parks.
