1334 Brittmoore project is a 117,509 SF renovation and expansion of a former manufacturing facility built in the 1950’s repurposed as office space. Renovations included taking the building down to the steel frame, adding a mezzanine, a new slab on grade, and an entirely new insulated metal panel skin.
